Terms & Conditions

Edmonton Canoe Shuttle and Rental Service Terms & Conditions

Persons under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aboard a watercraft at all times.

Edmonton Canoe reserves the right to cancel a trip at any time, especially when the river conditions are poor. Should this occur, booked patrons will be contacted prior to the trip and offered a reschedule or full refund.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. By phone at 780-221-7432, by email info@edmontoncanoe.com or online at http://www.edmontoncanoe.com. We accept all major credit cards, debit and paypal. E-transfer is possible, too. All rates are in Canadian Dollars. Prices include all taxes.

The use of our equipment is at your own risk. All patrons need to read, understand and sign a ‘Rental Conditions and Waiver of Liability’-form before they start the trip. With that the patron acknowledges a waiver and release of any and all possible liability of Edmonton Canoe to the patron on account of any personal injury or property loss or any other damages which may occur while on the trip. The waiver form will be handed out before the trip.

Cancellations: A refund – which is the client’s payment minus C$7.50 handling fee – will be given with a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the booked trip. No refunds or credits will be given to anyone who cancels within 72 hours prior to the trip or does not show up at the pickup location at all.

If Edmonton Canoe has to cancel a trip due to weather, river conditions or other unforeseeable events, participants will be noticed in a timely manner. Payments will be fully refunded or the trip can be rebooked to another date.
