Sample itinerary

• 1:00 pm meet at Capilano Park
• 1:15 pm to 1:45 pm shuttle to Sir Wilfrid Laurier Park
• 1:45 pm to 2:00 pm depart down the river
• 4:30 pm arrival back at Capilano Park

Equipment participants may want to bring

• light shoes or sandals for in the canoe/kayak
• extra shoes (dry) for the ride home
• fleece jacket or wool sweater
• wind and/or rain jacket and pants, hat
